How to instal Self Adhesive Wallpaper

SELF ADHESIVE CUSTOM MADE WALLPAPER VINYL INSTALLATION TIPS
IF YOU HAVE NO PRACTICE IN STICKING SELF ADHESIVE VINYL WALLPAPER, PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW THESE TIPS.
Two people are recommended for the installation. Remember to move the furniture out of the way to give yourself room to work.
 TOOLS THAT YOU WILL NEED:
knife for wallpapers, ladder, spirit level, pencil, wallpaper brush.

1. Carefully unpack each part of your photo wallpaper and lay them down in order. Remember that the printed side shall be on the top. Examine all panels before you start pasting or trimming. Make sure that the graphic motives on every sheet fit together. Any claims for defective (discoloration, deformation, differences in size of the individual elements or incompatibility of coordinated edges), damaged or otherwise unusable goods need to be made before installation.
2. Make sure that the surface you want to cover is clean and dry. Fill all defects and align the wall. If your surface is dry and absorbent, you may need to paint it or seal it with a water based primer/sealer.
3. On the dry wall draw a vertical line in a place where the edge of the photo wallpaper will be located. You can use a spirit level or you can make your own plumb line. Allow the plumb to swing freely until it is at rest before putting your pencil mark down the wall behind the string.
4. Important: install wallpaper from left to right side in the order of its elements.
5. Place the wallpaper to the surface and smooth the installed fragment with the wallpaper brush. Second person should at the same time stretch the wallpaper. If you see any bubbles or irregulars, or if you install badly, gently tear off amount as needed and stick it again, gently smoothing wallpaper again.
6. Apply second and subsequent panels in the same way as described above.
7. Some of our murals come with an overlap between each panel to make lining things up easier.
For a more refined look with less prominent seams you can trim off the excess material that overlaps each panel.
Starting at the top place a straight edge in the middle of where the two panels overlap. Using a sharp razor blade make a single cut through both layers of the overlap.
Peel away the outer strip of excess material. Then lift the edge of the panel and remove the remaining excess material from underneath.
Smooth the panels back into place so the edges now butt together.
However if you don't feel like doing the installation by yourself we recommend to hire a professional (such as a painter or a wall paper professional).
