As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under The Consumer Rights Directive which came into effect in Ireland in June 2014.

We always check our products before packing and dispatching them to the customer. If you receive a photo wallpaper, sticker or canvas picture that is either incorrect or damaged you have a legal right to return it to us for a replacement, free of charge. In this case please send us an email to: wallmurals.nz@gmail.com (please include your order reference, reason for return, whether you are looking for a replacement or a refund).

Once we confirm that product can be returned it has to be sent in its original undamaged packaging within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Remember it is your responsibility to measure your wall or other surface properly before you place an order as we cannot take responsibility for incorrectly measured surface and refund cannot be offer in this case. It is also important that you have not started hanging because we are unable to reimburse installation cost or problems from incorrect hanging. Make sure you follow our and manufacturer instruction when installing our products. Please check our terms&conditions for more information.
